Hi, I'm Alexandra!
If you asked me who I was, I don't think I would have a definite answer. Maybe that's the beauty of it. We're all constantly changing, figuring ourselves out, and trying to find our place in a world that never seems to slow down. Personally, I'd rather spend my time living in the moment. The loud ones, the quiet ones, and everything in between.
I've loved photography for as long as I can remember. From messing around with my aunt's old cameras to taking the only photography classes my school offered, I've always been more comfortable behind the lens than in front of it. But somewhere along the way, my love for photography collided with my love for music, and everything just made sense.
There's nowhere I'd rather be than at a concert. The lights, the noise, the outfits, the strangers screaming lyrics like their lives depend on it. I love all of it. But more than anything, I love the little moments. The look on an artist's face when they have their iconic “I made it” moment. The fan having the best night of their life. The things that happen in between the songs that make a show unforgettable.
I don't just want to take pretty pictures. I want to make you feel something. I want my photographs to bring back memories, tell stories, and make you feel like you were standing right there in the crowd.
And if you look at one of my photos and think, "Dang it, I should've been there," then I know I've done something right.
